Deployment Overview

This section covers how the Cogrion platform is deployed and operated end-to-end.

  • Domain — cogrion.com registered on GoDaddy, DNS managed on Cloudflare
  • Cloudflare — DNS, subdomains, Cloudflare Pages, SSL, and mTLS configuration
  • AWS — platform infrastructure running in AWS accounts
  • Harbor — container registry / proxy-cache setup
  • Region Deployment — how a Cogrion region is actually stood up and operated end-to-end: Terraform infra, networking, GitOps, control plane setup, secret management (including OpenBao), authentication (Keycloak), and troubleshooting
