Access and Identity

Every user on Cogrion belongs to an account. An account is the top-level boundary for your organisation — it determines which environment you are working in, who your colleagues are, and what resources you can access.

To sign in, you need three things:

  • Account ID — identifies which account (environment) you are logging into
  • Email address — your user identity within that account
  • Password — provided to you when your account is first created

Roles and Permissions

What you can see and do after signing in depends on the roles assigned to you. Roles are set by your account administrator. See Account Membership for the full breakdown of roles.

First-time Access

New users are added to the platform via an invitation sent by an account administrator. Accepting the invitation triggers your credentials to be sent to your email. You do not self-register.
